Job Description
• Should have good knowledge in T24 both functionally and technically especially on the Securities module.
• Experience in T24 monitoring batches and resolving incidents associated with batches.
• Effective in communicating internationally and used to working closely with clients/users.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects; recommend and implement comprehensive defect prevention processes for the assigned product/s or projects so as to achieve reduction in defects.
• Participate in other functional activities and define and improve processes for the Organization.
• Code review for critical development items
• Reviews test and implementation plans in a way that identifies gaps/errors to the maximum extent possible
• Experience in suggesting changes to codes to improve the performance/fix the issue
• Monitor follows-up and review work progress, so as to ensure that delivery is on time
• Vendor management
• Stakeholder management
• Change control
Experience 3 to 9 Plus years
