Senior Technical Support Engineer (HK Government Projects)

– Provide technical helpdesk and technical support services for user workstations, IT equipment and IT applications systems

– Control and operate computer systems, network equipment and network attached storage

– Assist in the procurement, testing and deployment of hardware/software

– Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

– Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent;

– 5 years’ relevant working experience in large-scale company

– With proven experience in supporting Lotus Notes Mail system and Microsoft Windows is a must

– Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English
