Designation System Administrator (HK Government Projects)
Responsibilities

Provide general PC support to end users on office automation tools and Lotus Notes mail system

Set up PC workstations, notebooks and mobile devices for users

Conduct health check, data backup/restore, system logs review and other housekeeping tasks for the IT system

Review and apply security patches to system servers

Maintain and update the system documentation, inventory record and user guidelines

– Carry out other IT support activities as and when required

Requirements

– Degree or Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent;

– At least 2 years’ hands-on working experience in IT field

– Strong technical knowledge and solid hands-on working experience in configuration, support and administration of desktop applications including Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, MS Office 2013/2016, Lotus Notes 8.5/9.0.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills
