Designation Assistant Project Manager (HK Government Projects)
Responsibilities

Responsible for leading BA and QA teams to work with multiple development teams for large-scale web-based and mobile application systems

Carry out feasibility study, user requirement collection, system analysis & design, implementation, documentation, report generation, testing and maintenance of various management systems

Manage outsourced contractors and tenders for IT services

Supervise and provide support services for users/vendors on system monitoring & recovery and training preparation & conduction

Ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standard

Requirements

Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent;

At least 6 years’ hands-on experience in IT application development

Solid experience in managing large-scale web/mobile application systems using Java, Node.js, Python, Microsoft SQL Server and mobile apps such as iOS and Android

Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
